Deferred payment

If you choose this route, here is what you should know:

  • The Total Contract Price (TCP) is divided by the numbers of agreed months. No interests.
  • There is no down payment
  • There is no amortization
  • The move-in date is after 15 months.
  • The Developer processes your loans.
  • There are no bank charges.

Spot Downpayment

For Spot DP option, here is what you should know:
